Tarquinia – Chapter I

I mentioned in a previous post that I was going to add a few more pictures from my trip to Italy. Although the trip was to Rome, the real highlight was the town called Tarquinia situated approximately 100km north of the city. It is definitely worth going to the museum exhibiting the items from the neighbouring Etruscan necropolis but it’s also nice to have a walk along the cobblestone streets of the old town. Unfortunately, I couldn’t spend as much time there as I wanted.
